How to place order?

There are numerous ways to order yarn:

• So that we may expedite your order, please make sure to provide the following information:
o Billing address;
o Physical shipping address (no Post Office or box numbers);
o Email address;
o Office and cell phone numbers;
o VAT or Tax ID number.

In all cases, you can select to be contacted either by email or phone to verify the Purchase Order or any inquiry. Once your order is placed, a Commercial Invoice, a Packing List and any other required documents will be sent to you via email. Once payment has been made and you provide us with proof of payment, an estimated delivery date will be generated and you will then be alerted with an Airway Bill number for shipment tracking.
